What is sold here
Glowence Spa sells 6 online courses for beauty, salon and spa professionals, individually for $47 each or together as The Complete Academy for $147. Each course contains 10 illustrated lesson modules in PDF, printable forms, checklists and templates, and a self-check quiz per module. All prices are in US dollars and are charged once. Nothing is shipped, nothing renews and no subscription is created. The contents of each course are listed on its own page and summarised again before payment.
Who we sell to
We sell worldwide to people aged 18 or over. We do not sell to anyone in a country subject to comprehensive international sanctions, and Stripe independently blocks payments it is not permitted to process.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as GLOWENCESPA.

Complaints and disputes
Please write to support@glowencespa.com first. We reply within two working days and we would rather solve a problem than argue about it.
Consumers in Brazil may also use consumidor.gov.br, the official public complaints platform, or their local PROCON. Consumers in the European Union may contact their national consumer authority or alternative dispute resolution body. We are not signed up to a private dispute resolution scheme and none is compulsory for us.
